Kreatif Dalam Berniaga

Bila sebut "kreatif" ramai memikirkan dalam perniagaan, kreatif adalah untuk pengiklanan/advertising. Namun, saya sering menyebut untuk menjadi kreatif dalam perniagaan

Sebenarnya, kreatif meliputi aspek yang meluas bukan sekadar pengiklanan, tetapi juga sehingga membuat keputusan perniagaan yang kreatif.

Contoh yang saya ingin kongsikan mengenai kreatif dalam perniagaan adalah Anita Roddick (pengasas The Body Shop)

• Ketika mengembara pada tahun 70-an, Anita Roddick mendapati di negara yang dilawatinya, wanita menggunakan koko untuk melicinkan kulit muka dan badan. Anita Roddick menggunakan kreativitinya untuk membawa idea tersebut menjadi idea perniagaan kosmetik!
  
  
• Apabila ingin memulakan perniagaan, Anita tidak mempunyai modal yang mencukupi untuk membeli bekas kosmetiknya. Lalu, Anita menggunakan kreativitinya membeli bekas yang paling murah, iaitu bekas menyimpan sample air kencing di hospital untuk dijadikan bekas kosmetik. (kini, tidak lah gunakan bekas tersebut... nanti ni jadi email forward pula! )
  
  
• Apabila membuka kedainya yang pertama pada 1976 (ya, The Body Shop kini sudah 34 tahun... bukan short cut kejayaan!), dinding kedainya berlumut dan kotor. Anita menggunakan kreativitinya untuk menggunakan cat yang paling murah berwarna hijau yang sama dengan warna lumut tersebut untuk mencantikkan kedainya. Sehingga kini, warna hijau (warna lumut) yang sama masih digunakan dan membawakan konsep alam semula jadi!

Dalam perniagaan, anda perlu kreatif dalam menangani masalah dan membuat keputusan. Jangan jadikan tiada modal, tiada idea perniagaan menghalang anda. Fikirkan cara kreatif dalam perniagaan anda

I'm in the... err saya jiwa kacau. Saya hendak mulakan sesuatu tapi saya takut saya jadi copycats, imitators dan juga thieves. Oleh itu saya tangguhkan apa yang saya ingin lakukan. Tapi saya ada buat research yang tak seberapa, dekat Malaysia rasanya kakak tu seorang tapi kalau dekat overseas, memang dah ramai tapi saya masih ragu-ragu. Kira kalau saya buat jugak, saya ni copycatlah atau pencuri. Uh~~

Oleh kerana keraguan itu, saya google dan google dan terus google hinggalah saya terjumpa article di atas. Saya pernah juga frust bila ada orang buat design hampir sama dengan design saya, siap kecoh-kecoh dekat FB (oh malu sekejap).

Saya sebenarnya nak jahit macam kakak ni. Kalau nak tahu, saya selalu terkagum dengan usaha beliau. Kadang-kadang terfikir boleh ke saya jadi macam beliau. Senang cerita, sumber inspirasi saya. Tapi saya tak nak jadi pencuri.

Sewing Mojo Is Back!

I've got my sewing mojo back! Great, alhamdulillah.

Since last week I was occupied with sewing activities but not related with felt crafts. I'm trying to spread my wings wider. I feel tired with felt craft but I still have piles of felt fabrics in my cupboard. Maybe one day I will play with felt again.

So, I'm busy learning on how to sew garments on my own. I started with something simple and maybe later when I brave enough, I will try making dresses, baju kurung, skirts, etc. Hopefully my sewing mojo wouldn't hide himself anymore. Hehe...

Ok, till then. See you again. Oh, I owe you something about my teka-teki I've posted before. So sorry because I didn't managed to take the picture yet. Yeah, I've completed the project after I posted it here. So, bear with me everyone.
